Each property has a dedicated account manager, so you always know who to contact if you need assistance. We also have a 24/7 support line, to ensure a response at any hour.
With Castle, you can pay easily by online account or at a local MoneyGram location. We even send monthly rent reminder text messages and give you access to a real-time tenant ledger to help you stay on top of rent payments.
To report a maintenance issue, you can call, email, or use your Castle account to open a maintenance request. Castle will send one of our professional and reliable contractors to handle the repairs right away.
